On an attempt to transfer a subscription to some other account, the following error appears:

Parallels Operations Automation error. Attempt to use inactive service template #error_code #2000, extype_id #280, module_id #ResourceManagement, Cannot change subscriptions owner: The destination account uses the different brand. Initial account #XXXXXXX uses brand #0. Destination account #YYYYYYY uses brand #5..


That is a general requirement for Subscription transfer - both Customers should belong to the same vendor (Provider or Reseller) and should have the same brand assigned.


Check the Brand on Customer general page. If Customer does not have any Brand assigned, contact Odin Technical Support to correct it.
